Cellar Door

Welcome to Peter Lehmann Wines Cellar Door – a National Tourism Award winner for Best Cellar Door. With our beautiful grounds, knowledgeable staff, Weighbridge Platters and superb wines, we will provide you with a lasting memory of the people, stories and wines that make the Barossa famous.

Iconic Australian red-gums and wide, green lawns.  A rustic building reminiscent of early days in the Barossa Valley.  There is a sense here of easy Australian informality.

A cork pops somewhere.  There is laughter, there are smiles and a drawing together of chairs.

Inside the atmospheric old building and down in the ironstone cellar, artworks adorn the walls.  Peter Lehmann Wines has an enviable private art collection, featuring the Queen of Clubs label series.  On show too are the works of various acclaimed South Australian artists, including Rod Schubert and Anelia Pavlova.

Wine is as much about people as anything else.  The staff at Peter Lehmann’s open the door to the world of wine with the same ease and enthusiasm with which they swing open the Cellar Door every morning.  These are friendly, welcoming people who delight in sharing their local knowledge.  Peter Lehmann Wines is the proud winner of coveted tourism awards - "Best Winery Tourism" (National Tourism Awards 2001) and "Best Winery" (South Australian Tourism Awards).
