2006
Eden Valley Shiraz
A deep cherry red in colour, it has enticing aromas of red berry fruits, a touch of plum, and fresh mocha coffee notes. Unmistakeably a Shiraz from the cooler Eden Valley region, and more restrained than its Barossa floor counterparts. The palate shows lively cherry and plum fruits, a whisper of vanilla,balanced by the fine-grained tannins.

2007
Light Pass Shiraz
Deep in colour, the nose gives dark plums and soft spicy notes with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate has soft rich fruit, reined in by long fine tannins. It has a taut, yet supple structure and a long lingering finish, showing why the Light Pass region is so highly regarded by our winemakers.

2008
Mudflat Shiraz
A blend of 93% Shiraz & 7% Muscadelle from the Ebenezer district of the Barossa. The wine offers smooth approachability, softness and suppleness. A beautiful bright dark cherry colour, the nose gives aromas of red forest fruits & hints of wild bramble characters. The 2 varieties were co-fermented; the Muscadelle contributing an intriguing fruit lift to the depth & richness of the Shiraz.

Ruediger Cabernet Sauvignon
The colour is dark red with a black centre. Shows classic aromas of black currant, with hints of crushed mulberry leaves and aniseed. It is a voluptuous wine with velvet mouth-filling dark chocolate fruits beautifully reined in by the firm grainy tannins characteristic of a fine Cabernet Sauvignon. Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon at its very best.

Southern Flinders Shiraz
Dense black colour with deep red/purple at the rim. Aromas of dark fruits, liquorice and aniseed. Hints of salt bush redolent of the Southern Flinders region. A rich mouth-filling drop with dark savoury fruits, balanced by soft yet firm tannins. It is a muscular brooding wine of immense concentration, (a hallmark of these vineyards). A majestic Shiraz which will reward with further cellaring for 3-5 years.

Stockwell Road Shiraz
Stockwell Road in the heart of the Light Pass district of the Barossa gives Shiraz of great seductive softness, depth and longevity. In the top flight 2004 red wine vintage, two family owned vineyards opposite each other on the Stockwell Road produced outstanding fruit.

In the best years, the Peter Lehmann Wines vineyard in Marananga produces Cabernet Sauvignon that is exemplary of Barossa Cabernet. The wine is named "Peppers" after the boutique hotel located in the idyllic setting in the midst of this vineyard.

The 1885 Shiraz
Ebenezer, in the north west of the Barossa is home to the Schrapel family who are guardians of a very special patch of old vine, dry grown shiraz planted by their forebears in 1885. These low yielding vines with their roots deep in the Ebenezer soils, are a viticultural treasure unique to the Barossa.
