Weighbridge Cabernet Merlot
Wines destined for the Peter Lehmann Weighbridge range are characterised by the fresh berry fruit, good structure, excellent varietal definition, and approachability. They are drinking at their best within two to three years of harvest.
Well structured tautness with good fruit richness on the middle palate, finishing firm with soft tannins.
Perfect with meat/cheese based pasta dishes, lamb, roast chicken or a mild cheddar cheese.
