Weighbridge Rosé
The effortless vivacity of a good Rosé is very deceptive. A great deal of wine expertise is required.
The Cabernet grapes selected for this wine were harvested early and in the cool of the night in order to retain maximum freshness and delicacy. Once the fruit is harvested it needs meticulous and watchful winemaking during the fermentation process to give a wine of clarity with an excellent structure.
This wine has been bottled using a screw cap in order to maximise quality and freshness.
