A grilled sausage in bread, with slow cooked onions and tomato sauce...seriously!
In your opinion, which wine style/grape variety does Australia do best?
Currently Riesling is the real star. Bright and fresh and wins fans every day around the the world. But watch out for Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends and a revival of Australian Chardonnay to something leaner and fresher, almost a complete 180 on the style we've become known for.

Winemaker
Peter Kelly joined the Peter Lehmann Wines winemaking team in July 2010.
Peter’s involvement with wine began when he moved to South Australia from Queensland to complete the Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Oenology) at the University of Adelaide. Since then he has worked in wineries in the Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia.
Sharing his knowledge and excitement about wine, Peter worked as a Wine Educator with the National Wine Education Training Centre whilst studying.
Since graduation, Peter has worked as a Winemaker with Rolf Binder Wines and Thorn-Clarke Wines.
In 2009 Peter was awarded the Wine Society “Young Winemaker of the Year – Member's Choice” award.
