The first wine we ever sold was called ‘The Futures’. It was sold to friends and family on a ‘pay now and we’ll deliver in two years’ arrangement. In all honesty, we simply needed the cash when we started to ensure we did in fact have a future! This ‘Futures’ range is a selection of super premium Barossa wines and a toast to the faith of those friends and family, who believed in our dream every bit as much as we did. It bears the same name as that original wine and carries all of its spirited character.

Futures Shiraz
The wine is deeply coloured and intensely flavoured with a rich, velvety palate. In keeping with the tradition of Peter Lehmann Wines Barossa Shiraz, this is an eminently enjoyable wine now, but will faithfully reward added cellar maturation.

Barossa Shiraz provides layers of ripe plum and dark chocolate while the mint and blackcurrant of Cabernet combine to create a wine of great power and structure. In keeping with the tradition of Futures, this wine is drinking beautifully now, but will also faithfully reward added cellar maturation.
