The Masters wines represents the finest ultra premium parcels that are blended from many of the best vineyards the Barossa can offer. It seems only fair then that the wines be named in tribute to the characters and events that made the winery what it is today.

2007
Wigan Riesling

Colour is vibrant lemon with a green tinge. The bouquet shows classical Eden Valley lime juice characters and hints of freshly baked bread and honey which is a characteristic of bottle development. The palate is pristine and finishes dry with zesty minerality. While already showing excellent development from five years in the bottle, the wine will continue to gather richness and complexity with another 5-10 years of careful storage in a cool area.

2008
Margaret Semillon

The colour is a delicate gold with a green tinge. The bouquet is restrained with hints of lemon flower and bees wax. It is a zesty wine with tight mineral acidity. This is our best Semillon of vintage and is a limited release.

2009
Eight Songs Shiraz

The colour is beautiful dark cherry with a rich garnet rim. The nose is all deep chocolate and dark forest fruits, with some spicy notes. The palate is richly opulent, beautifully structured with layered fully integrated tannins, supporting the depth of fruit. It is a limited edition Barossa Shiraz from low-yielding vineyards.

2009
Mentor Cabernet Shiraz Malbec

The 2009 Mentor is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Shiraz and 10% Malbec. It is a limited release showing great depth of colour, rich flavours of blackcurrant and dark chocolate and a firm fine grained tannin finish—a wine of great concentration and style which can be cellared with confidence.

Botrytis Semillon (375ml)

This wine has a wonderful tropical fruits aroma with just a hint of citrus. A wine in harmony with the luscious middle palate counter balanced by tantalisingly complex acidity, the hallmark of a botrytised wine.
