Get to know Andrew & Wendy Wigan as featured in Barossa Living Magazine

The summer 2011/12 edition of Barossa Living Magazine features a heartwarming story on Chief Winemaker, Andrew Wigan, and his wife of 37 years Wendy. In a moment of truth, Andrew admits that "the biggest lesson I’ve learnt is that you can’t do anything in life by yourself." It's a real-life love story of life, family and a challenging career in the wine industry - graduating from Roseworthy College in 1975 and finding work at Barossa's Saltram Wines as assistant winemaker to Peter Lehmann who he met previously whilst working vintages at Krondorf (and whilst Wendy was paying the mortgage).
